#EstadoDeGuanajuato.- In the framework of the XII Award for Best Local Government Practices 2022, granted by the Magazine Alcaldes de México, thanks to the incorporation of digital services in various areas of the state public administration, the Government of Guanajuato was the winner in the category «Digital Transformation».

As a result of the strategic alliance with Amazon Web Services (AWS), the State Government was able to take its services to the cloud, resulting in the implementation of more than 150 virtual servers, including core applications such as electronic signature, single window, verificentros, distance learning systems and the health system, which generated significant savings in equipment.

The state administration will also extend these services to more than 30 public institutions that are part of it, in addition to implementing chatbots for an accessible, efficient and cutting-edge service in all government portals, benefiting the people of Guanajuato.

With the above, in the entity continues with the strategy of governmental technological innovation and encourages participation and interaction with citizens, through effective communication supported by reliable digital services as instructed by Governor Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo.
